As Founder and Executive Director of the Pan-Mass Challenge, Billy Starr has dedicated 45 years to funding life-saving breakthroughs in cancer research. Combining his passion for cycling with his activist spirit, Starr has led the organization, which has crossed $1 billion in lifetime fundraising for adult and pediatric cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI).
Morning Keynote
Jim Langley, President of Langley Innovations and our morning featured speaker, will discuss the difference between a traditional fundraiser and a philanthropic facilitator, underscoring which traditional roles are less important and which adaptive skills are increasingly essential.
